At My-Aide, we understand that your "Invisible Load" includes sensitive professional and personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, protect, and utilize your information to facilitate your daily transitions through our Context-Switch Agent.

To provide a seamless transition between your professional and home lives, My-Aide collects information in three distinct categories:

A. Account and Registration Data

  • Identity Information: Full name and account credentials.
  • Contact Information: Email address for authentication and phone number for SMS/WhatsApp/Google Chat delivery.
  • Payment Data: Subscription billing is handled via PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors. My-Aide does not store raw credit card numbers on its servers.

B. Integration & "Invisible Load" Data

To power our Intelligence Layer, we access the following via explicit OAuth 2.0 authorization:

  • Calendar Data: Syncing with O365, Google, and Family Calendars to identify "The Mission" (non-negotiable tasks).
  • Communication Monitoring: Our LLM scans headers and body text of incoming emails to identify urgent tasks requiring a context switch.
  • Local Context: Geographic location (e.g., Natick, MA) to integrate weather and local logistical variables.

C. Technical Metadata

Log data, IP addresses, and device identifiers necessary for security, debugging, and service optimization within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to reduce your cognitive load. Specifically:

  • Plan Generation: Creating structured Morning and Evening briefings tailored to your schedule.
  • AI Reasoning: Utilizing Vertex AI (Gemini 1.5 Pro) to distinguish between "Mission-Critical" tasks and "Maintenance" chores.
  • Automated Triggers: Utilizing Cloud Scheduler to ensure briefings are delivered precisely 30–45 minutes before transitions.
  • The "Memory Bank": Storing user-specific feedback in Google Sheets or BigQuery to refine the agent’s accuracy over time.

3. Data Protection & "No-Spam" Guarantee

  • No Data Monetization: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or "Invisible Load" insights to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
  • Communication Standards: We adhere to TCPA compliance. SMS/WhatsApp messages are strictly limited to service briefings, critical alerts, and account-related updates.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt-out of SMS delivery at any time by replying "STOP," though this may impact the core functionality of the agent.

4. Technical Architecture & Security

We utilize enterprise-grade security protocols within the Google Cloud ecosystem:

  • Encryption: All data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit.
  • Vertex AI Privacy: Your data is processed in a "tenant-isolated" environment. Under our agreement with Google Cloud, your data is NOT used to train Google’s foundational LLM models.
  • Restricted Scopes: We utilize the "Principle of Least Privilege," requesting only the specific Google Workspace or O365 scopes necessary for the agent to function.

5. User Control, Access, and Deletion

  • Revocation: You may revoke My-Aide’s access to your Google/O365 accounts at any time via your provider’s security dashboard.
  • The Right to be Forgotten: You may request a total purge of your "Memory Bank" and registration data. We will fulfill such requests within 30 days.
  • Data Portability: You have the right to request a copy of the data stored in your personal Memory Bank.

6. Children’s Privacy

My-Aide is intended for professional and adult household management. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 16.

7. Consent & SMS Disclosure

By registering for My-Aide and connecting your accounts, you provide express written consent to:

  • The processing of your email and calendar data by our AI models.
  • The receipt of automated SMS/WhatsApp messages for the purpose of service delivery. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
